The GSA Co-Sponsorship application is now available in Lounge for recognized graduate clubs and organizations seeking additional support for a large-scale event.

Co-sponsorship requests are subject to GSA Clubs & Organizations Committee approval and must be submitted before the event; a club representative must also attend the meeting to briefly present the event and answer questions.
You will need to complete the Club Funding Training in order to submit your application.
Unrecognized clubs may also seek recognition, funding, and/or co-sponsorship during the same meeting.
Please note that the current co-sponsorship application is only for events taking place during the Fall semester. Co-sponsorship funding for Spring events will open during the Spring semester, so please do not submit applications for Spring events at this time.

Lounge Applications are due October 11, 7PM for consideration at the October 15 Clubs & Orgs Committee 7PM zoom meeting.
